					<description>i think it is a great quotation. if only we can stay focused on the sunlight and stop minding the shadows. sounds simple but not easy to do. especially for a pessimist like me. thanks for the quote anyway. :)</description>

In all behavior, it takes repetition.  Those who are successful do not need to consciously be optimistic, because they have developed the habit of expecting the best.  One of the greatest thing we can learn is that optimism is something anybody can develop in their own lives.  And that it is something that we must develop in order to realize our own potential.

But don't worry, your response maybe what I would call the Raymond type of personality from "Everybody Loves Raymond".. I've always called him the happy pessimist, because he was never happy unless he was worrying about something...</description>
