Headed now towards the weekend, I thought I would leave everyone by looking back on what I considered to be the best performance in this year’s Grammy’s. The moving, touching, and inspirational performance of Corinne Bailey Rae, John Legend, and one of my all-time favorite guitar soloists, John Mayer.

This unlikely trio astounded the audience at the 2007 Grammys. They took the stage together and each artist sang one of their songs while being accompanied by the other two. Rae started with “Like A Star” followed by a gorgeous “Coming Home” by John Legend. The medley ended with “Gravity” by John Mayer.
