I am not inspired by thin women, I am not inspired by the outside so-called “beauty”, I am inspired by the beauty of ones soul…

I see the tragedy that has become the women and the women of youth, and I see their plight.

Anorexia is just one of many eating disorders out there that plague many women, and increasingly out teen women and girls. I feel a tragedy to see such beautiful souls be ravaged by the notion that thin is beautiful — because it’s not. This is a disorder that we must look at, and be aware, because we can do something about it.

We don’t have to listen to the constant bombardment of the fashion industry in telling us what is beautiful. Because beauty is the spirit within. Beauty is kindness, beauty is sincerity, beauty is love, beauty is that smile, beauty is that soul…

Believe that women are not sex objects — rather, they are objects of inspiration… take notice of media ads, of television commercials, of television shows, and say to the women around you, and even including yourself… that beauty is within. It is your kindness that makes you beautiful, and your love of life that creates that beauty.
