Thank you for the video. Sometimes, at the end of the day, after work, I feel farther than a miracle myself. It’s hard to think myself as that way, when life just knocks you around.

Joanne, I understand how you feel. When you feel that disconnect, it’s always important to try to reconnect. Try quietly meditating in your office a few times during the day.

Or do what I do, just listen to some classical music.

It’s not that we aren’t miracles, it’s that we sometimes don’t feel that way.

We are human beings so it’s normal to feel that way, but in the end, the reality of it all tells us that we are above the physical world, and if you can realize this when you feel down, I think that might help in your rejuvenation.
